اعلان رقم (1) لسنة 2010 لشغل وظائف خالية بالمحاكم الابتدائية

تنفيذاً لخطة وزارة العدل فى رفع مستوى الموارد البشرية تعلن ادارة المحاكم بوزارة العدل عن حاجنها لشغل الوظائف الآتية عن طرق التعيين وفقا لاحكام القانون رقم (47) لسنة 1978 بنظام العاملين المدنيين بالدولة وهى:

-اولآ :-عدد (470) وظيفى باحث ثالث تنمية ادارة بالاقسام المدنية واقسام المحضرين بالمحاكم الابتدائية من الحاصلين على المؤهلات الآتية:-

1- ليسانس الحقوق

2- بكالوريوس التجارة (قسم المحاسبة)

- بكالوريوس الحاسب الآلى 3

- ليسانس اداب (قسم علم نفس)4

5- بكالوريوس خدمة اجتماعية.

6- ليسانس لغات وترجمة (انجليزى - فرنساوى)

ثانيأ:- عدد (460) وظيفة كاتب رابع ومحضر رابع بالاقسام المدنية واقسام المحضرين بالمحاكم الابتدائية من الحاصلين على المؤهلات الآتية:-1 - دبلوم فني تجاري (شعبة قانون)

2- دبلوم فني تجاري (شعبة سكرتارية)

شروط التقدم بطلبات التعيين:

-1

-ان يكون من الحاصلين على ليسانس الحقوق او بكالوريوس التجارة و الحاسب الآلي او ليسانس الآداب(قسم علم نفس)او بكالوريوس الخدمة الاجتماعية او ليسانس اللغات والترجمة(قسم انجليزى - فرنساوى) بتقدير عام جيد على الاقل.

2- ان يكون من الحاصلين على دبلوم فنى تجاري(شعبة قانون) او دبلوم فني تجاري(شعبة سكرتارية) بنسبة 75% او بتقدير جيد على الاقل.

3-الايزيد العمر عن 25سنة فى تاريخ نشر هذا الاعلان.

4- اجادة استخدام الحاسب الآلي اجادة تامة مع اجتياز الاختبار الذى سيعقد فى هذا الشأن.

المستندات المطلوبة

:

1ـ طلب ابداء رغبة فى التعيين بالمحكمة التى يقيم بدائرتها طالب التعيين وفقا لعنوان محل اقامته الثابت ببطاقة الرقم القومى يزيل بتوقيعه وبعنوان محل الاقامة وكذا ارقام الهواتف الارضية والمحمولة.2

ـ صورة ضوئية من المؤهل الدراسى موضحا به مجموع الدرجات التراكمى ،والتقدير العام التراكمى ،وذلك بالنسبة للمؤهلات العليا .3ـ صورة ضوئية من المؤهل الدراسى موضحا به النسبة المئوية لدرجات النجاح او التقدير العام بالنسبة للمؤهلات المتوسطة وفوق المتوسطة.4ـ صورة ضوئية من شهادة الميلاد المميكنة .

5ـ صورة ضوئية من بطاقة الرقم القومى (وجه+ظهر)

6ـ صورة ضوئية من الشهادة الدالة على الموقف من التجنيد صالحة كمسوغ للتعين بالسبة للذكور ،او صورة ضوئية من الشهادة الدالة على اداء الخدمة العامة للاناث.

7ـ اصل صحيفة الحالة الجنائية حديثة موجهة لوزارة العدل.

8 ـ عدد (2) صورة فوتوغرافية حديثة مقاس 4*6 .

طريقة التقديم:ترسل الطلبات بالبريد باسم السيد المستشار /مساعد وزير العدل لشئون ادارة المحاكم على العنوان التالى:وزراة العدل ،ميدان لاظوغلى بالقاهرة، مصحوبة بعلم الوصول خلال 15 يوم من تاريخ نشر هذا الاعلان

ويكتب على المظروف من الخارج الاعلان رقم (1) لسنة 2010.هذا وسوف يتم التعيين وفقا للاحتياجات الفنية للمحاكم الابتدائية من بين المتقدمين بدائرة كل محكمة ابتدائية اقامة دائمة وفق الثابت ببطاقة الرقم القومى

ولايجوز لمن تم تعيينه ان يطلب النقل الى مكان اخر الا بعد مرور 5 سنوات على الاقل وللوزارة فقط حق نقله او ندبه طبقا لاحتياجات العمل.وستكون الافضلية فى التعيين للحاصلين على درجة الماجستير او الدبلوم ولاعلى فى مجموع الدراجات التراكمى والتقدير العام التراكمى فى حالة اجتياز الاختبار المنوه عنه آنفا بنجاح وذلك وفقا للاعداد المطلوبة بكل محكمة ابتدائية
